All items are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for all custom orders. Your hand crafted pieces are shipped the day after completion. Shipping is through First Class USPS Mail. Insurance, tracking and priority/overnight shipping are available at an additional charge. Please allow 1-2 days for shipping within CA, and transit time is 5-7 business days if shipping outside of CA. If any additional shipping items are needed, please email me before completion of your purchase, and I will create a custom listing for you.

Satisfaction guaranteed. Refunds or exchanges accepted if contacted within 10 days of receiving item. Refunds will not include any shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unfortunately there are NO Refund or Exchanges on custom stamped items, such as the ID Style necklaces, ID style Bracelets, and/or ID Style Rings. Final Sale.

-size of ring that was originally requested and new side needed.

There is a small fee of $3.00 per ring to resize. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once I receive your item I send you an invoice for resizing and shipping.
